This one-hour outdoor workout class will feature a variety of bodyweight exercises designed to increase your strength, agility, and flexibility. No exercise equipment? No problem! Learn the latest techniques for staying fit using your own body weight as resistance. This workout is designed for bodies of all abilities- you will be moving through circuits of exercises for time, but can you can go at your own pace. Join Coach Vera for a dynamic hour of movement!
Bring a towel, water, sun protection, and a friend! There is plenty of street parking but it is always a good idea to arrive a few minutes early to be sure you can park and get set up before class.
