HOW RYAN USES FITNESS TO TURN HIS STRUGGLES INTO STRENGTH

"When I first got into running, I had asthma. It was very tough for me to do any sort of cardio exercise. I had to teach my body how to breathe properly. I went from running one mile at the start of running to now being able to run 26.2miles. I no longer have asthma."

"I've ran 100+ races since July 2008. I've ran a marathon carrying the American Flag to honor our brave service men and women of our armed forces."
