HOW KRAIG USES FITNESS TO TURN HIS STRUGGLES INTO STRENGTH

However, when I approached my 40's I really started taking health and fitness seriously and couldn't believe how much stress relief I received from getting fit and maintaining a healthy life. Now I do whatever I can to help others get into a fitter lifestyle."
In spite of the fact that I may look and seem at complete ease in front of large groups of people teaching fitness classes and acting silly, I am actually very much an introvert.
