RETURN POLICY

All purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your item (beginning the day after delivery). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. 

EXCHANGES:

In the case of exchanging an item, outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange. All other exchanges thereafter shall be posted by the customer.
Returns and exchanges must be posted back at the customer's expense.

Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Fill out the form below to start the exchange process. Once we receive your request, we will respond to you via e-mail within 1 business day. At that time, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the goods. If you are exchanging an item, please include in the "reason for exchange" field what size or color you would like to exchange your order for. The only accepted exchanges will be for the same item of a different color or size, or for a different item as long as the prices of each item are the same. 

Virago Fitness cannot take responsibility for missing incoming deliveries, so we recommend using a traceable form of shipping. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

RETURNS:

In the case of returning an item, returns must be posted back at the customer's expense.

Fill out the form below to begin the return process. Once we receive your request, we will respond to you via e-mail within 1 business day. At that time, we will provide you with an RA number (Return Approval number), and instructions on where to send the goods. Once we receive the returned item, and we can confirm that the item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged, you will be issued a full refund. Please note that it can take up to three business days before the funds appear back in your account. 

DAMAGED GOODS:

We hope this never occurs. However, on the off chance that you received an item that has been damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us right away by emailing info@virago-fitness.com, and we will help to resolve the problem as quick as possible.
