Asian Salmon


  • 1 salmon filet per person
  • salt + pepper
  • 3 sprigs Green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
    Clean Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil. Cover foil with 2 tbsp olive oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place salmon filets on sheet and back for 13-16 minutes. Prepare the clean teriyaki sauce by whisking all ingredients together. Chop green onions. Remove salmon from oven, display on a platter and pour teriyaki sauce over salmon. Top with green onions, sesame seeds and serve with brown rice and steamed broccoli. Enjoy!
