Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder (We recommend Arbonne Vanilla Protein)
  • Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of frozen mixed berries (Strawberry, blueberry & blackberry)
  • 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

Directions:
