Flank Steak Tacos + Cilantro Lime Yogurt Sauce

Flank Steak Tacos

Ingredients:

  • Flank Steak
  • 1 pack matchstick carrots
  • Cilantro chopped
  • Red cabbage shredded
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • Dash of Red Pepper
    Cilantro Yogurt Lime Sauce
  • 3/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

Grill the flank steak on the BBQ for the healthiest way to prepare it. In the meantime, chop up the carrots to look like match sticks (you can buy them already chopped this way), cilantro, red cabbage and avocado. Prepare the cilantro yogurt lime sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Taste and adjust according to preference. Once the steak is cooked to your liking, thinly slice it. Build tacos in gluten free tortillas and enjoy!
