Roasted Veggie Ground Beef Salad
- 1/4 lb Grass Fed All Natural Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Grilled/Roasted Veggies (*MP)
- 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
- Spinach/Arugula/Mixed Greens
Quick Asian Dressing
- 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Dash of Salt + Pepper
- Minced Green Onions
Brown ground beef in small skillet on med-high heat. Warm up grilled veggies of your choice. Chop green onions. Assemble salad. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Pour over salad.
