Roasted Veggie Ground Beef Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb Grass Fed All Natural Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup Grilled/Roasted Veggies (*MP)
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
  • Spinach/Arugula/Mixed Greens
    Quick Asian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Dash of Salt + Pepper
  • Minced Green Onions

Directions:

Brown ground beef in small skillet on med-high heat. Warm up grilled veggies of your choice.  Chop green onions. Assemble salad. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Pour over salad.
