Egg salad w/ crackers + veggies
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 3 tbsp avocado oil mayo
- 1 tbsp Relish
- Everything But The Bagel spice from Trader Joe's on top
Veggies + Gluten free crackers for dipping.
Mash up hard boiled eggs in a bowl, add all other ingredients and mix until desired consistency. Chop up some veggies, dip and enjoy.
