Restorative Yoga on the Bay
Join us for a free Yoga Class sponsored by Virago Fitness and Sarah Curry. This class is one of the many free fitness classes in San Diego brought to you by the Virago F.I.T. Project which stands for Fitness Is Therapy.
Restorative Yoga: (45 min)
Sarah has been a yoga instructor for the last 5 years and has been teaching restorative yoga at her CrossFit gym in Colorado for the last year. Fitness became her passion when she herself had hit rock bottom and was encouraged to try Zumba in order to gain positive relationships with other women and healing through movement. She has found that combining daily interval training along with restorative yoga has given her clients more agility, strength and balance -- as well as the opportunity to slow down, breathe and restore the mind and muscles that work so hard during the demands of each day. Her yoga motto is: "We bend so that we do not break".

There is a limited amount of space for this class, so please reserve your spot in advance.
Although this class is free of charge - please keep in mind that when you reserve your spot you are committing to show up for this class. If you reserve your spot and do not attend, that is a space someone else could have filled. Please be courteous and only sign up for this class if you intend on being there. If you sign up and cannot make it, please cancel your reservation via Eventbrite at least 24 hours prior to the class so we can fill your spot.
