JFF 5k Work Up

Join Team Virago as we train for The Joggin' for Frogmen 5K! 

We know that for some of you, this may be your first 5K. Don't sweat it! We have a great work up schedule that will have you sprinting across that finish line. 

Work Up Schedule:

  • Saturday - May 9th - 7AM - Mission Trails
    Run 1 Min - Walk 90 Sec - 8 x Times
  • Friday - May 15th - 7AM - Mission Trails
    Run 2 Min - Walk 1 Min - 7 x Times
  • Saturday - May 23rd - 7AM - Balboa Park
    Run 4 Min - Walk 1 Min - 6 x Times
  • Saturday - May 30th - 7AM - Mission Bay
    Run 6 Min - Walk 2 Min - 4 x Times
  • Saturday - June 6th - 7AM - Mission Trails
    Run 9 Min - Walk 2 Min - 3 x Times
  • Saturday - June 13th - 7AM - Balboa Park
    Run 12 Min - Walk 1 Min - 3 x Times
  • Saturday - June 20th - 7AM - Mission Bay
    Run 15 Min - Walk 1 Min - 2 x Times
  • Saturday - June 27th - 7AM - Mission Trails
    Run 30 Min
  • Saturday - July 4th - REST
  • Saturday - July 11th - 7AM - Balboa Park
    Run 30 Min
  • Saturday - July 18th - REST
  • Saturday - July 25th - RACE DAY!!!!!
