Karate Body Fitness is a 30 minute, fast paced, indoor bootcamp that gets every part of your body working. The large space allows for work on agility, mobility, strength, endurance as well as getting to punch and kick! The instructor, Nate Church of On Track Wellness, is a 3rd Degree Black belt in Shotokan and a 2nd Degree Black belt in Ju Jitsu, as well a Martial Arts and TRX Trainer. Learn new workouts and improve your form with direction from an experienced trainer.
