It's true guys. This dinner is so fast, so good for you and so delicious. I literally through it together two nights ago for the family, and everyone loved it. Enjoy!

It's THIS Simple:

Throw some rice in a rice cooker - Use brown rice to make this even healthier. 

Dry your Tilapia with a paper towel (I did a filet per person). 

Season your fish with salt and pepper on both sides. 

Throw a can of corn and a can of black beans in a pot on the stove. 

When your rice is done, throw your filets onto a pan with butter on medium heat. 3-4 minutes on each side.

You're done! That's it. Now, it's time to plate. 

I put my rice in the bowl first. Squeezed a lime wedge over it. Then I put in my beans, corn, store bought salsa, the tilapia on top, and drizzled cilantro lime dressing over the top with lime wedges. So fast, so filling, and so good for you!
