Let's face it - a lot of us don't enjoy drinking water because it tastes like nothing. However, not drinking enough of it can cause serious health issues. 

By adding a few slices of lemon and mint, you are not changing the nutritional value of water. Cut up any type of fruit that you fancy and throw it in a mason jar for a refreshing drink. Not only will it taste good, but you will be making your body very happy!

Side Note : This mint is from my garden, and I am very proud of it! Also, to help an upset stomach or the onset of a cold, grade a little bit of fresh ginger root into your water to kick the sickness.
