B.A.M. Smoothie / by Brittney Hogan

I like to switch up my breakfast menu like I like to switch up my work out routines. I'm not a big fan of monotony. If you're tired of your hard-boiled egg and toast, try this delicious banana smoothie. I call it the B.A.M. (Bad Ass Mother-fucker…… or Banana Almond Milk) Smoothie.  

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Banana
  • 1 Scoop of Almond Butter
  • A couple of Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of Almond or Skim Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • A dash of Cinnamon on top

Directions 

       Blend it and pour.
